Priority 1: Expand regional SBAS implementations — create individual notes for WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, GAGAN, BDSBAS, KASS, A-SBAS, SDCM and link them into a “SBAS Systems by Region” MOC. This will strengthen coverage of comparative performance, interoperability, and civil aviation adoption.
